Heat, not flame
Vaporizers warm cannabis oil instead of burning plant material. No lighter, no ash, and much less lingering smell.

A cartridge screws onto a reusable battery. An all-in-one arrives charged and filled, and gets recycled when it's empty.
Draw-activated is simplest
Most pens need no buttons — you just inhale. If you like more control, look for a battery with heat settings.
