Privacy Policy

What we collect

We only collect what you type into one of our two forms, plus basic analytics about how the site is used.

• Waitlist form. Your email address and your confirmation that you are 21 years of age or older. We also record which page the signup came from and the time you confirmed your age.
• Careers application. Your name, email address, the position you're applying for, and — if you choose to provide them — your phone number, a link to your resume or portfolio, and a short message.
• Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4, which collects standard usage data such as the pages you view, approximate location, referring site, device and browser type, and an anonymous identifier stored in a cookie by Google.

What's stored in your browser

Two things are kept locally on your own device, not on our servers:

• An age-verification flag in localStorage, set once you confirm you're 21+, so the age gate doesn't reappear on every visit.
• If you use a feature that supports saving items, your saved picks are also kept in localStorage so they're still there when you come back.

Clearing your browser storage removes both. Google Analytics also sets its own cookies, described above.

Where the information goes

Form submissions are stored in our database, which is hosted by Supabase, our database provider. Analytics data is processed by Google as part of Google Analytics 4.

The map on our Visit page. That page embeds a map so you can see where we are and get directions. It loads from Google Maps, and if that fails to load, from OpenStreetMap instead. Either way, the provider receives your IP address and the referring page when the map loads — that's how any embedded map works. We don't send them anything else about you.

Why we use it

• To email you when the shop opens, if you joined the waitlist.
• To review and respond to job applications.
• To understand which pages people visit so we can improve the site.

What we don't do

• We do not sell personal information.
• We do not share the waitlist with third parties.
• We do not run advertising trackers or retargeting pixels.

21 and older only

This site is intended only for adults 21 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe someone under 21 has given us their information, email us and we'll delete it.

Removing your information

You can ask us to delete your information, or unsubscribe from the waitlist, at any time — no reason needed. Email hello@easygreens.co and we'll take care of it.
